Clive Felgate is the owner and operator of Upward Enterprises and has over 35 years experience in physical and outdoor education. He served 27 years with the British Royal Air Force as a physical training instructor where he enjoyed teaching groups and individuals topics including outdoor survival, basic winter training, team building, and leadership. Clive is from the United Kingdom and enjoys spending time on the golf course when he is not kayaking, biking or hanging out in trees.
John is from the state of Maine and joined UEI in 2010. He’s done a lot of interesting things in his life including serving in the Marine Corps, working as a substance abuse counselor, and falling in love with challenge courses. When not at work, you can typically find John maintaining his close family ties with his son, riding his motorcycle, and doing pretty much anything that will get him outdoors. John’s passion for being the best drives him through each and everyday.
Larry has logged over 2000 hours as a facilitator over the years. He first got exposed to experiential education by going through a UEI ropes course many years ago. He fell in love with the concept and has been doing it ever since. With several years of experience in teaching self improvement and motivational classes the ropes course was a perfect fit. Larry also teaches continuing education and various classes for the Frederick County Association of Realtors. He served as the 2008 president for the association and is a full time agent with Real Estate Team, LLC
