One of our most popular locations for larger groups and organizations looking for a fun day riding the double zipline is the picnic facility at Smokey Glen Farm.  Smokey Glen Farm is a full service event site in Gaithersburg MD.

Our programs are most memorable because individuals cannot resist participating in the fun, laughter, and innovative challenges that take place. What this means to you as a group coordinator, is providing an event where participants walk away with shared memories to recall laughter, lessons and encouragement. This includes developed trust, shared celebrations, and learned insights that promote a supportive and empowering environment back at the work place.

Retreats

Kick-off executive retreats at our Buckeystown facility, Bishop Claggett Center, with as little as a half-day of team building development. Spend a full day opening new ways of thinking, or train your department leaders how to empower their own teams through experiential workshops of up to 3 days in length. Your managers become facilitators of productivity by learning how to assess their own team, encourage individual and group investment, access positive solutions to real challenges, and condition a supportive environment.
